Manhattan Deli Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 box (16 oz.) rotelle or spiral pasta
1-1/4 cups pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 cup chopped red, yellow or green bell pepper*
1/4 lb. hard salami or cooked ham, cut into thin strips
1 small red onion, cut into rings
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. capers (optional)
3/4 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
  1. Cook rotelle according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add rotelle and toss well. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

*SUBSTITUTION: Use 1 cup chopped roasted red peppers. Also terrific with Wish-Bone® Robusto Italian Dressing.
